Pickup:

All pickup orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, and there is no minimum order. (Please make sure to place Saturday pickup orders by 10am on Friday.)

Orders can be picked up at our location in the Strip at 2840 Smallman Street.

Please note, if your order contains items from Hemlock Farms, The Family Cow or Footprints Farm the lead times will be more than 24 hours. Hemlock Farm orders will need to be placed by Monday at 12pm for pickup and delivery the following week. All orders containing items from The Family Cow or Footprints Farm must be placed by Monday at 11am for pickup the following week (this is due to farm delivery schedules).

Delivery:

The minimum order for home delivery is $150. There is a $15 delivery fee, with free delivery over $300. You can always pick up your order at our location in the Strip District if that works better for you or you don't reach the minimum.

Unless otherwise noted, all of your orders from The Prime Butcher menu are hand-cut, fresh to order daily. They will arrive at your door fresh and will need to be brought inside that same day.

Our home delivery schedule is Tuesday and Thursday, so be sure to select the day you prefer. All orders from this menu must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of a Tuesday or Thursday delivery date.

Please note, if your order contains any products from Hemlock Farm, those orders must be placed by Monday at 12pm for delivery the following Tuesday/Thursday (or pickup the following Monday-Friday). This is due to farm delivery schedule. All Hemlock Farm items are delivered frozen.

All orders containing items from The Family Cow or Footprints Farm must be placed by Monday at 11am for delivery the following Tuesday. All grass-fed cuts will come frozen (due to farm operations and delivery schedules).

The Family Cow & Footprints Farm:

If you are ordering items from The Family Cow or Footprints Farm, they will arrive frozen, except for the dairy and eggs (obviously).

The order deadline for these items is Monday at 11am for delivery the following Tuesday (or pickup any day of that next week). To make it easier to think about, essentially these orders will need to be placed a week in advance. This is due to farm delivery schedule.

The minimum order for The Family Cow is $50 (this will be included in your minimum order total if you are choosing home delivery).
